Follow the Way of the Salaf and Reject All Bid'a

Do you want your actions "rectified" before Allah and your bad deeds forgiven? Beware of Allah at all times and always speak a word in which there is benefit.

The best guidance of all is the guidance of Muhammad (sas).  The worst of all affairs are innovations.  Anything which is innovated or invented in this religion which is contrary to the Sunnah or is of the knowledge of the unseen and is not corroborated by the Qur'an and Sunnah is rejected, thrown back at its innovator and his is a sin for what he innovated along with all the sins of those who follow his innovation until Yaum Al-Qiyama without that diminshing their sins in the least.  Actions loved by Allah are those which are both SINCERE and CORRECT. Beware of focusing on one of these but neglecting the other.  Neither one of those is sufficient by itself for an action to be accepted.  Following anything other than the above is called following "hawaa".  This word means ones own desires, inclinations, understandings or tendencies.  Allah said:

The Prophet (sas) said:

Look for obedience to Allah in all things and never become complacent.

What is the way to that? Taqwa – consciousness and remembrance of Allah at all times. Ta'ala – obey Allah and his Messenger in that which is easy and that which is difficult; that which appeals to your desires and that which does not. We will not return to security and power until we understand this concept once again.

Rulers of Muslims must be supported and not opposed for as long as they take the Shari'a as the law of the land and uphold it. If the commit injustice within this framework, they should be corrected and petitioned, but not fought. Even the Prophet's (sas) order for the Khilafa to remain within Quraish was conditioned on this (though some have misunderstood it to mean forever):

So you want your deeds rectified? Your bad to be overlooked or turned into good?  Your good to be met with shukr from Allah? Then have taqwa of Allah and always say what is right, what is correct and what is constructive.  Allah said:

Beware of being of those who actually CAUSE corruption in the land, in the deen and in the Muslims, while thinking that they are the best of the Muslims. The Islamic meaning of being "part of the problem and not part of the solution". Allah will NOT rectify the deeds of those who do that. Allah said:

Islam is only one way. It is the way of the Prophet (sas), his Companions and the first three generations.

As-samin (not as-saman): 1) love for food and going to excess in consumption or 2) being "puffed up" and loving to claim or show beyond one's actual state or status. It does not mean "fatness" which is something which Allah creates in some people and is not necessarily their doing.

The praising of the first three generations is in general and overall. There were surely the few in those generations who had the blameworthy attributes but what is considered here is their overall state.

This nation of ours is one nation. When this is our reality and any one part of it hurts, we all experience the pain. Is this our state?

Second:

Below is the Khutbah, which Prophet SAW gave on the

last day of Shabaan as narrated by Ibn Khuzaymah.

Oh people! A great month has come over you; a blessed month; a month in which is a night better than a thousand months; month in which Allah has made it compulsory upon you to fast by day, and voluntary to pray by night. Whoever draws nearer (to Allah) by performing any of the (optional) good deeds in (this month) shall receive the same reward as performing an obligatory deed at any other time, and whoever discharges an obligatory deed in (this month) shall receive the reward of performing seventy obligations at any other time. It is the month of patience, and the reward of patience is Heaven. It is the month of charity, and a month in which a believer's sustenance is increased. Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, shall have his sins forgiven, and he will be saved from the Fire of Hell, and he shall have the same reward as the fasting person, without his reward being diminished at all.

One nation, one nation!
